Aloha! I am honored to introduce myself as the Owner and Manager of Maui Float On Swim Lessons. I recently joined this exceptional team and was drawn in by its unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality swim instruction to the residents and visitors of this special island. 

To Maui Float On Swim Lessons, I bring over two decades of extensive experience teaching and coaching swimmers in the US and abroad, ranging from infants to national finalists. I am the Founder and Owner of Techniq Group Swimming Services, where we serve competitive clients with a full suite of services including private lessons, training plans, video analysis and clinics

When I am not teaching swimming, I am spending time with my family, reading a good book, going on a hike, or trying my best to be decent at chess.

Aloha! I am honored to introduce myself as a Consulting Partner and Founder of Maui Float On Swim Lessons. I started this company driven by a deep belief in the power of confidence-boosting and respectful swim lessons. Our approach combines purposeful drills with engaging games, ensuring that our students continuously improve while developing stroke efficiency and a strong emphasis on safety.

Beyond my role in running Maui Float On,  I enjoy paddling, snorkeling, and enjoying precious moments beachside with my family. 

Swimming has instilled in me a sense of discipline, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for the wonder of water. It is this experience that I bring to Maui Float On Swim Lessons, ensuring that every student receives the highest quality swim instruction.

 Aloha, I’m Ashley! I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where my love for the water began. I joined my first swim team at age 6 and  I swam competitively through high school and college, as well as playing water polo!

Since 2009, I’ve been teaching swim lessons- a passion that brings me immense joy and fulfillment! My husband and I even launched our own private swim school in our California pool in 2020. Although it was a fantastic journey, we’re excited to embark on our next adventure - teaching on Maui! 

I enjoy teaching swimmers of all ages and skill levels. I believe in a play-based approach with a strong emphasis on technique, while remaining open to feedback and suggestions. I’m excited to bring my passion for the water and teaching swim lessons to you, and I can't wait to help you discover the joy of swimming!

 Aloha, my name is Cooper! Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I spent my childhood swimming on teams and in my own backyard. Having a pool at home nurtured my passion and respect for water. 

Since 2011, I have been teaching swim, drawing on my background in camp counseling to bring a playful and engaging approach to my lessons. I am passionate about water safety and technique, always aiming to instill confidence and skill in my students. In 2020, I ventured into starting a private swim lesson business in my California backyard, which was an incredible experience. 

Now, I'm excited for the next adventure - swimming with you in Maui! When I'm not in the pool, you can usually find me bodysurfing or bodyboarding in the ocean!

Being in and around the water is where I am happiest, and I am dedicated to sharing that joy and passion with all of my students. Let's dive in together and make a splash!
 

Aloha, I’m Morgan! I grew up in the Bay Area, California. This year my family and I decided to finally make the long dicussed move to Lahaina, Maui to be closer to family.

From the age of 6 until the age of 22, I was a competitive Synchronized Swimmer. I swam on National Teams representing the USA on four occasions. I have competed all over the world from Mexico to Greece to Hungary. 

After high school and my last National Team, I attended The Ohio State University and continued my Synchronized Swimming career. At OSU I was a four time All-American Synchronized Swimmer and we won two National Championships. 

In 2014 I began teaching swim lessons and synchronized swimming lessons for kids 2 and older and have been doing them privately ever since. I look forward to continuing them here on Maui!

Aloha! I'm Ocelli! I am from Venice Beach, California, and recently moved to Maui to embrace island life. 

My love of the water began with joining competitive swimming at the age of 6. I loved it so much that I swam for the University of California - Santa Cruz while obtaining my degree in Marine Biology. I have been drawn to the water ever since I can remember- whether I'm paddling, freediving, snorkeling, or surfing!

My love of swimming extends to teaching water safety and proper technique to all ages and skills of swimmers. I have been a private swim instructor (special needs and non-special needs) for 4+ years and have experience with infants, children, and adults. I specialize in ages 3 months to 12 years old. 

Not only do I bring a fun, nurturing, passionate energy to the pool, but my ultimate goal is to make my clients love being in the water and feel empowered by swimming!
